Magical Scrolls

the scroll system saw simple evolution over the course of 3 versions and has completely changed in this one.
before magical scrolls mimicked a spell from the game and just hit for less damage/healing... now there are 2 types of scrolls. ones that do mimic a spell from the game and others that just simply deal damage or perform a service. Targeting has been removed from scrolls as all of them deal area-effects. spell scrolls will mimic their spell accordingly and deal 50% of the original spell's effects. For example, if you find a scroll of komidaku which deals 8-64 single target damage, it will now deal 4-32 area-effect damage, and all spell scrolls only come with 3 uses. special scrolls will be named accordingly, so instead of having a spell name like "scroll of dobuza" it will simply be named something like "scroll of minor healing" or "scroll of firestorm" these are special scrolls that either target you or all hostiles in the room and they too do not have to target anything specifically and they also hit much harder than spell scrolls as they are not dampened by any damager penalty.
special scrolls come with 5 uses. there is also a scroll delay to prevent spamming. spell scrolls delay at 15 seconds, and special scrolls delay at 30 seconds.
