runes are no longer a "snatch and grab" system. utilizing the command "runeinfo" will give details on
the various elements of acquiring the rune and once you do, you will gain an experience bonus for the
next hour based on the rune you acquired (white=10%) and this experience bonus only works outside of
arenas.
